Under the hood

For your CTO

The technical decisions behind every build, written down and handed over.

  • AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform — everything defined as code
  • Metrics, logs and alerts wired in from the start
  • Blue-green deploys and tested rollbacks
  • Runbooks your team can follow without us

How long and how it works

Typical build: 4–10 weeks

Most builds go live in 8–16 weeks; larger ones ship in phases. Fixed price agreed up front, a working demo every Friday, and your code in your repo from day one.

Will there be downtime during the move?

We plan migrations to avoid it, and rehearse the switch before doing it for real.

Which cloud do you use?

Mostly AWS. We also work with Google Cloud and Azure when you are already there.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Often, yes. A cost review is usually the first step.
