Do I need a technical person on my side?
No. We explain every decision in plain language and act as your technical team until you have one. If you do have engineers, we work directly with them.
What if my requirements change mid-build?
They usually do — that's why you see working software weekly. Changes are quoted openly before we build them, so the price never drifts silently.
Who owns what you build?
You do, fully. The code lives in your repository and every cloud account is in your name from the first day.
What happens after launch?
Your choice. Run it yourselves with our handover docs, or keep us on for monitoring and new features. There's no lock-in either way.
What if you miss a Friday demo or a deadline?
We tell you before the demo, not after. We show what does work, explain what slipped and why, and agree a new date in writing. Because the price is fixed, a slip on our side never raises your bill.
