Zaphrix collects information to provide better services to all our users. We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you give us (e.g., name, email address, company details).
  • Information we get from your use of our services (e.g., usage data, device information).
  • Information from third-party sources (e.g., integration partners).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect from all our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect Zaphrix and our users.

3. Data Security

We work hard to protect Zaphrix and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the personal information we have on you. Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information.

5. Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. Analytics is switched off by default: nothing is loaded until you press “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Booking a Call (Calendly)

The calendar on our contact page is provided by Calendly. When you book a call, the name, email address and any notes you enter are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and we receive them so we can hold the call.

7. Contact Form

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email address and the message you write, by email, and use them only to reply to you.

8. Zaphrix AI Chat

The messages you type into the Zaphrix AI assistant are sent to a third-party large language model provider (Google’s Gemini API) to generate replies. Zaphrix does not store the conversation on its own servers; it is kept in your browser while the page is open. Please do not enter confidential or personal information into the chat.
