Built by engineers who got tired of vague software projects
Zaphrix started in Lahore with a simple frustration: too many businesses were paying for software that arrived late, cost more than quoted, and solved a different problem from the one they had. We wanted to be the team that did the opposite.
So we work in the open. We agree the goal and a fixed price before we start, show real, working software every Friday, and hand over the code, data and cloud accounts in your name. The people who join your first call are the people who build your system.
We began with AI agents and machine learning, and grew into the platforms, apps and infrastructure those systems need to run reliably. The same engineers have since helped retail, wholesale, consulting and public-sector teams replace manual hand-offs with software that pays for itself — and we build and run our own products, Zavaro Reach and Zavaro Assistant, so we know what it takes to keep software working long after launch.
